Coravin Pivot+® makes wine enjoyment easy – for any bottle, any night, keeping wine fresh for up to four weeks.
Designed for everyday flexibility, the Pivot+ wine by-the-glass system works with all still wines and any type of bottle closure. Just quickly replace the bottle’s closure with the Pivot Stopper, insert the Pivot system, and pour.
The remaining wine stays fresh for up to four weeks, so you can enjoy a glass today and finish the bottle whenever you choose, days or even weeks later.
The Pivot Aerator offers the equivalent of up to 90 minutes decanting, enhancing the wine's aromas and flavors instantly.

Everyday Wine Freedom
Unlike the Timeless Series, which accesses wine without removing the cork, the Coravin Pivot+ is designed for open bottles. By replacing the original closure with a specially designed Pivot Stopper, Pivot+ makes it easy to pour any amount, anytime. As you pour, Pure Argon gas flows in, creating a protective barrier that keeps the remaining wine fresh for up to four weeks.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Place the Pivot+ Stopper
Open your bottle of wine and immediately insert the Coravin Pivot+ Stopper with the Cap open. Ensure both the Stopper and the bottle neck are clean and dry before inserting.
2. Pour with Pivot+
Insert the Pivot+ wine by-the-glass system into the Stopper until you hear a click. Tip the bottle and position the Spout over your glass. Press and hold the Button to pour, then release to stop.
3. Remove & Store
Remove the Pivot+ wine by-the-glass system and close the Stopper right away. Store the bottle on its side in a temperature-controlled area suitable for wine.
Capsule Life
Each Capsule will allow you to pour up to 20 five-ounce (150ml) glasses of wine with Pivot™ Systems.
Reusable Stoppers
When you finish a bottle closed with a Pivot Stopper, you can remove and reuse that Stopper again and again. Purchase more Stoppers to preserve and enjoy even more wines.
Aerate in Seconds
When pouring with the Pivot™ Aerator, use short, light presses on the button to maintain a gentle shower. This will expose wine droplets to the air and rapidly aerate as you pour.
